Hue service name방식의 oracle을 메타정보 저장소로 사용할때 Hue Configuration설정하는 방법

SID형식은 Hue Configuration에서 제공하는 각각의 항목에 값을 입력하면 되지만 

service name방식으로 방식의 oracle을  사용할때는 아래와 같이 safety valve에 직접 지정해주어야 한다.
